    The linen and soft furnishings trade has run in Adrian’s veins from as early as the late 70s, when he worked in his parents’ manchester store in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs – the beginning of Lorraine Lea. Before entering Lorraine Lea in 1994 as General Manager, Adrian enjoyed a successful career with creative agencies that saw him acquire skills that have been instrumental in the development of Lorraine Lea’s brand presence. Now as director, Adrian is actively involved in all aspects of the business, fulfilling a mentor role to the executive leadership team and particularly enjoying time with the salesforce.

    Chief Executive Officer

    A sharp and strategic thinker, Anne brings more than 20 years of direct selling and retail experience to Lorraine Lea. With her hands-on, innovative approach to business, Anne has been the driving force behind the growth of national brands such as The Body Shop and Kleins. Her illustrious career in multi-channel, multi-level sales has honed her repertoire of effective leadership and creative strategies. Anne has a voracious passion for the social shopping industry and revels in helping others achieve success and balance in their career. When she’s not embracing opportunities to continue learning, she can be found entertaining friends and enjoying family time at the beach.

    Group Financial Controller

    David joined the Lorraine Lea team in December 2016, a qualified CPA and MBA. Prior to Lorraine Lea, David spent 15 years in senior finance roles, with the last four years as Commercial Manager for two of Australia’s most famous brands in workwear – King Gee and Hard Yakka. His passion outside of Lorraine Lea, is basketball. Having played for many years, he now coaches his kids in the local domestic competition. "I don’t believe in luck, the harder and smarter you work, the luckier you are."

    Carol is a qualified CPA who commenced her career as an auditor and cost accountant in the corporate world. Carol’s introduction to the direct selling industry and Lorraine Lea was by accepting a 4-week pre-Christmas casual warehouse position picking and packing orders. 20 years later and Carol is still at Lorraine Lea and loves the flexibility and opportunities she has been given. Carol has held various roles at Lorraine Lea, from Customer Support, Software Co-ordinator, Operations Manager and is currently the Project Manager for the Magnum Software project that will give Stylists new and exciting tools to help them grow their business.

    Shirley Getley
    People and Culture Manager

    Shirley joined the Lorraine Lea team in 2011, bringing over 20 years of human resources experience across a diverse range of companies including Chase Bank, Arab Bank, Foxtel, Whirlpool and Dentsply. Shirley is passionate about employee engagement, leadership development and aligning talent to business strategy. She believes people are at the heart of business success and loves that her role at Lorraine Lea gives her the opportunity to work with such a talented and diverse group of people. Shirley loves walking, reading, live theatre and creating memorable moments with family and friends.

    Learning and Development Manager

    Wendy has been part of the direct selling industry for over 20 years, starting as a consultant in Melbourne with a children’s wear party plan company. Wendy’s love of the industry took her into the corporate side of direct selling in 2000, where she was active in setting up new party plan businesses and managing sales teams. 2004 brought her to Lorraine Lea, where Wendy now develops training material and programs for our Leaders and Stylists.

  • Gillian Traynor, Merchandise Manager

    Merchandise Manager

    Gillian has been with Lorraine Lea for close to 30 years, starting as a consultant in Bendigo in country Victoria. Her family relocated back to Melbourne in 1990 and she started working in Lorraine Lea’s very first office and warehouse. In the next couple of years Gillian worked in every department in the company, finally settling into the buying department working along side company founder Peter Ryan. 25 years later Gillian heads up the Merchandise Department where she works closely with our local and overseas suppliers, sourcing products from all points of the globe. Gillian and her team work hard to bring the latest colours and trends to our customers and hosts. Gillian is a sports nut and has two grown children who share her love of all sports.
