Standard delivery is 7-10 business days from when payment is received.

$13.50* for all orders shipped Australia wide. *Excludes bulk items shipped, rugs, wool blanket 4-5kg & underlay 5-6kg, and these items will be flagged at check out.

All directly shipped goods will be delivered using Australia Post. There will be an eParcel tracking that is available through Australia Post using the tracking number in your dispatch email.

If you’re not genuinely delighted with your purchase, we’ve made our exchange & returns process simple, easy, and hassle-free! Refund back to your original payment method, exchange an item, or receive a credit note. Most stocked items (excluding rugs and hygiene sensitive items) can be returned or exchanged within 60 days from the date of purchase. Return shipping is $12.50 for all customers, deducted from the final refunded price, view the full Returns Policy.
