Please note Lorraine Lea’s should you wish to cancel an order, or obtain a refund on an item(s) purchased in a home styling event, you may do so within ten (10) business days of placing the order/making the purchase. Item(s) must not been used or damaged and must be in the original packaging and original condition. Simply contact your Lorraine Lea Independent Stylist or our Customer Support team to make the appropriate changes. 

Every now and then a manufacturing fault may occur. In this instance, Lorraine Lea will process either a refund or an exchange, including postage and freight charges. The choice is yours! 

Please contact our Customer Support team as soon as you discover the fault, advising of the faulty item, a description of the fault and the order number. You will be provided with a reply paid address for you to return the item hassle and cost free.
