Towels are often under-appreciated when it comes to styling your home.

More than just functional – towels can be an easy & affordable way to add texture, colour and layers to your bathroom or ensuite.

Layer them

Towel racks with multiple rungs have become increasingly popular in bathrooms and provide lots of options to hang and display towels. A ladder is also a great small space solution and is a great way to get the same look without having to drill holes through walls if you’re currently renting.

Style up a neutral bathroom by adding in a few pops of colour with your towels. Mix & match different patterns and textures by stacking different towels on top of each other or displaying them at different heights. A pop of white can always be used in between to break up and soften brighter blocks of colour.

For a more colourful bathroom, tie everything together with towels in shades of the same colour or go for neutrals of white & beige to soften the overall look.

Try our range of Cooper Towels. They’re available in several colours & textures with a unique design that adds another dimension of sophistication to your home.

Hang them

Add dimension and colour to flat walls by treating your towels like pieces of art! With so many stylish hooks on the market it seems like a crime to hide them away. Display several in a row for larger families or add two and offset them at different heights for couples.

By using hooks you also open up the opportunity for your robes to become a style moment in their own right, and our NOOK Elayna Robe is the perfect centrepiece. Made with the finest linen Elayna adds a delicate texture to your space.

Roll them

Need to unwind but haven’t had the chance to pop down to a day-spa recently?

There’s no reason those relaxing day spa vibes can’t come to you!

Roll and stack your towels on a stool, open shelf or in a basket. Materials such as wicker or rattan can warm up cooler toned rooms and will instantly add a calmer atmosphere to your environment. Rolled towels are a great option for styling in smaller spaces as they often take up much less room on shelves and in cupboards.

For a relaxed state of mind opt for clean, white towels. Our NOOK Emine Towels are a great option for a true spa-like feel, and can be styled up with bath salts, soothing creams and scented soaps.

Fold them

Some of the best styling ideas are often the simplest!

Fold and stack your towels on shelves, in cupboards or on the side of your bath. You can then style smaller items like mini soaps or hand creams around them to make your bathroom appear more luxe – hello fancy hotel bathroom!

If you don’t have much storage built into your space, you can also use a portable bathroom caddy. This allows different members of your household to have their own dedicated shelf to store their bathroom supplies and keeps everything neat and tidy.
